King Global Travel & Tourism

These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between King Global Travel & Tourism (hereinafter referred to as “we,” “us,” or “our”) and the client (hereinafter referred to as “you” or “the client”) for all travel arrangements and related services offered by us. By confirming your booking with King Global Travel & Tourism, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. All booking arrangements referenced herein shall be referred to as the “booking form” or “contract.”

1. Booking and Confirmation

To secure your place on a tour, you must complete and submit the official booking form via our website or sign the contractual agreement and pay the required advance deposit. Upon receipt of the completed form and an advance payment of 20% of the total tour cost, your booking will be confirmed. The remaining balance is payable upon your arrival in Afghanistan, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

2. Payments and Currency

We primarily accept payments through bank transfers. Due to international banking restrictions, Western Union or MoneyGram may be recommended for smoother transactions.

Payments are divided as follows:

  • Advance Payment: 20% of the total tour cost to confirm the booking

  • On-Arrival Settlement: Remaining balance payable upon arrival

All prices are quoted in USD, unless stated otherwise. While we strive to honor quoted prices, currency fluctuations or local economic changes may affect costs. Clients are advised to carry USD or EURO for exchange, which will be processed according to prevailing local exchange rates.

3. Contract

Once the booking form is submitted and the advance payment is received, a formal contract is established between King Global Travel & Tourism (First Party) and the client (Second Party). This contract outlines the agreed services, itinerary, logistical arrangements, responsibilities of both parties, confirmation of payments, and any special conditions or amendments related to the tour package.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

All cancellations must be submitted in writing and are subject to the following refund policy:

  • 30 days or more before tour start: 100% of advance payment refunded

  • 15 to 29 days before tour start: 50% of advance payment refunded

  • Less than 15 days before tour start: Advance payment is non-refundable

If King Global Travel & Tourism cancels a tour due to unforeseen circumstances (such as political instability, security issues, or natural disasters), clients will be offered either a full refund or the option to reschedule the tour.

5. Travel Insurance

Travel insurance is strongly recommended for all clients. Insurance should cover medical expenses, personal injury, repatriation, loss of personal belongings, and tour cancellation. King Global Travel & Tourism is not responsible for any personal losses, medical expenses, or insurance-related claims during the trip.

6. Health and Safety

Clients with existing medical conditions or special health requirements must inform us in advance and carry sufficient medication for the duration of the tour. We strongly recommend consulting a healthcare professional regarding vaccinations and health precautions prior to travel.

7. Changes to Itinerary

While every effort is made to operate tours as planned, circumstances such as weather conditions, security considerations, flight changes, or government regulations may require itinerary modifications. We reserve the right to make necessary adjustments in the interest of client safety and overall tour quality.

8. Use of Images and Personal Data

With client consent, photographs or videos taken during the tour may be used for promotional purposes, including our website and social media platforms. A separate photo consent may be requested. Personal data collected (such as booking details and emergency contacts) is used strictly for operational and safety purposes and will not be shared with third parties, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Liability

King Global Travel & Tourism shall not be held liable for delays, changes, injuries, losses, or cancellations resulting from force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, political unrest, government actions, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not responsible for acts or omissions of third-party service providers unless caused by proven negligence on our part.

10. Code of Conduct

Clients are required to respect local laws, cultural norms, and the instructions of tour guides at all times. Any behavior that is disrespectful, unsafe, or disruptive may result in removal from the tour without refund, and any associated costs will be the responsibility of the client.
